Twentynine Palms deputies arrest felon for possession of drugs and ammunition – KESQ

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. – Saturday, Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a felon in Twentynine Palms, accused of possessing drugs and ammunition. 

Just before 9:30 p.m., Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Deputies seved a search warrant at a home on the 73-200 block of Sun Valley Drive. 

Deputies detained Tracy Hibler, 29, while searching the home.

While at the home, deputies recovered methamphetamine, cash, handgun ammunition and a loaded magazine to a handgun. 

A records check on Hibler showed he was previously convicted of a felony, and is prohibted to possess firearms or ammunition. 

Hibler was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
