On World No Tobacco Day, PM Narendra Modi's Message for India

New Delhi:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday called for spreading awareness on the risks of tobacco consumption and also to lay the foundation of a healthier India by saying no to it on World No Tobacco Day.

“On World No Tobacco Day, let us pledge to spread awareness on the risks of tobacco consumption and work to reduce tobacco consumption in India,” Mr Modi said in a tweet.

“Tobacco not only affects those consuming it but also people around. By saying no to tobacco, let us lay the foundation of a healthier India,” he added.
