Noodles & Company to stop selling alcohol – Kenosha News

Noodles & Company will no longer sell alcoholic beverages.

All locations, including the Kenosha franchise, 7224 118th Ave., will stop selling beer and wine, according to a company statement sent to the Kenosha News.

“We made the decision to remove alcohol from our restaurants so we can concentrate on other operational initiatives such as developing our menu and creating an excellent guest experience for everyone who walks through the door,” the statement reads.

On Monday, the Kenosha franchise voluntarily surrendered its beer and wine licenses at City Council.

Noodes & Company has struggled in recent years.

In February, the Colorado-based chain announced plans to close more than 50 underperforming restaurants throughout the nation.

According to the Denver Business Journal, Noodles & Company is facing continued year-over-year declines in sales at its restaurants.
