New game making its way to Nevada casinos – KTNV Las Vegas

A combination of Craps, Roulette, and War.  That is how the inventor of one of the newest games coming to Nevada casinos described his brainchild.

Paul Harry has spent the past three years developing Super Easy Aces and finally has a home for the game on the floor of the Primm Valley Resort & Casino.

“As I was nearing retirement I was considering what I was going to do and all of a sudden this idea came to me,” Harry said.

That idea was for a single card game with just aces, 2s, 3s and 4s in a 54 card deck that includes two jokers.

The goal is to predict which card you will be dealt with payouts ranging from even money on aces or 25 to 1 on jokers.

“I have the three of diamonds so these two bets are going to lose. I am going to win 5-1 here. Plus I win an extra even money bet because I have it in diamonds,” Said explaining the rules of the game.

The game gives players an extra chance to win if they place a bet on their card matching the dealer’s card.

The game will officially begin its testing period at the Primm Valley Resort & Casino October 4th, but Harry has already been busy training the dealers as he works to build interest in the game in hopes of getting it in more Las Vegas casinos.

 “It is the holy grail.  It has been the leader in gaming for as long as I can remember,” Harry said.

Those in charge of the games at the resort say the game is part of the continued effort for casinos to find games that can draw in new players.
