Welcome back to another night of NBA action, and what a fantastic night it has the potential to be. There’s nine games on the docket, including a number of contests between top teams in each conference.

We got things started with a buzzer beater by Evan Fournier to get the Magic past the Cavs, while James Harden outdueled Victor Oladipo to help the Rockets get their third straight win. Up next, the Thunder and Pelicans will square off in a battle between two Western Conference squads trying to push their way into the top of the conference.

Later on, the Celtics fell to the Nuggets in what turned out to be one of the best games of the night, while the Raptors once again got the best of a Western Conference opponent without Kawhi Leonard by beating the Jazz. If that wasn’t enough, The Warriors also extended their hot streak by knocking off the upstart Grizzlies.

Fournier’s buzzer-beater lifts Magic over Cavs

Evan Fournier is the latest player to hit a game-winning shot this season. With just 1.8 seconds to play, and the game tied up at 100-100, Fournier took the inbounds pass, pump-faked and drilled the jumper to give the Magic the win. He went just 5-of-15 from the field in the game, but made the one that counted.

Harden outduels Oladipo

James Harden vs. Victor Oladipo is one of the best shooting guards matchups in the league, and their battle on Monday night didn’t disappoint. Harden went for 28 points, four rebounds and six assists, while Oladipo put up 28 points of his own, six rebounds and two assists. They also each hit some clutch shots down the stretch, as Harden
