An Oswego man is facing charges after Kendall County deputies found ammunition in his vehicle during a traffic stop Monday.

Deputies stopped Mark Coziar, 20, 0-99 block of Sedgewick Road, Oswego, around 10:18 p.m. near Light Road and Anchor Drive after Coziar ran a stop sign.

Deputies said Coziar was also missing a rear plate light. A search of the car turned up ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana, deputies said.

Neither Coziar, nor his passenger, Marco Sanchez, 21, 700 block of Calhoun Street, Aurora, had a FOID card permitting them to have the ammunition.

Coziar was charged with possession of ammunition, disregarding a stop sign, no rear plate light, no insurance and not having his license on him. Sanchez was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gabriel Morga, 54, 100 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, was charged with felony driving on a suspended/revoked license at 3:24 p.m. Monday near North Kendall Street and East New York Street, police said.
