JUST IN: Florida man busted for guns, jewelry theft with ' – Palm Beach Post

A Florida man accused of stealing guns, jewelry and an iPad was caught with the “Find My iPhone” app. 

On Sunday, Raymond Ingberg, 28, was sitting outside a Publix when a shopper offered to buy him food. The shopper left his iPad on the sidewalk, but when he returned, the iPad and Ingberg were missing, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office

Around the same time, a person’s house was broken into. A Rolex along with other jewelry, five guns, electronics and a pair of Jordan sneakers were stolen, deputies said.

The iPad owner used the “Find My iPhone” app to locate the device and then called authorities. When deputies responded, they spotted Ingberg walking down the street wearing the Jordans, according to the sheriff’s office. 

Ingberg was charged with armed burglary, grand theft and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
