Biggest Little City Wing Fest 

The sixth annual Biggest Little City Wing Fest takes place from 1-9 p.m. July 6 and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. July 7 on Virginia Street in downtown Reno. Presented by The Row, more than 20,000 pounds of wings will be prepared by 20 cookers, and free live music will be performed daily.

This year’s musical lineup includes Valentine Rodeo, Jake’s Garage 5.0, the Jason King Band and the USAF Band of the Golden West. The headline acts are Uncle Kracker, known for the hit “Follow Me,” at 7 p.m. July 6 and Grammy nominee David Nail at 6:45 p.m. July 7.

Cookers coming from California, Colorado, California and Nevada will offer traditional sauces, as well as unique flavors. Sauces from the past include strawberry cheesecake, salted caramel, spicy buffalo garlic, maple bacon bourbon, dragon sriracha, habanero and lemon Parmesan.

Concessions by The Row will serve chicken and pineapple skewers, fried calamari with citrus-garlic aioli, teriyaki barbecued beef ribs and chicken, carne asada and carnitas tacos.
