Well, well, well. Just another silly old football game, no? Might as well just spend your Sunday at Ikea buying that coffee table you have been meaning to get. Do not forget to pick up some of those tasty Swedish meatballs while you are there. You cannot leave without a few of those. Nothing to see in this game, right? It merely features one of the greatest athlete-versus-athlete rivalries — one that some consider right up there with the likes of Magic-Bird and Ali-Frazier.

It seemed destined from the start, with Tom Brady‘s first career victory as a starter, in 2001, coming against Peyton Manning and the Colts, making Brady the only quarterback whose first N.F.L. victory as a starter came in a head-to-head matchup against Manning. All these years later, the two are clashing again — for the 16th time over all — as the leaders of the two best teams in the A.F.C.

Which quarterback should you pull for? According to Boston.com, Brady’s drink of choice is a frozen margarita. Manning’s is a Bud Light. Pick your side accordingly.
