Police: Man drives while nearly four times over legal alcohol limit – wivb.com

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – On Sunday afternoon, an Orchard Park man was charged with driving while nearly four times over the legal limit for alcohol.

Jeffrey Courteau, 58, was stopped on N. Freeman Rd. after Orchard Park police say he was speeding.

After police say he failed field sobriety tests, Courteau was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, speeding and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.

The latter charge came after police say they found a can of Mike’s Hard Lemonade in his cup holder.

Courteau will be back in court later this month.
