Police: Convicted felon had guns in his Dunbarton home – The Union Leader

DUNBARTON — A convicted felon faces three felony counts after police said they seized two rifles and a shotgun from his home.

Raymond Fields, 45, of Montalona Road in Dunbarton turned himself in at the police station on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

He was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on June 1 to face charges of being a felon in possession of dangerous weapons.

Fields is banned from having guns due to a 2008 conviction for unlawful sexual contact in Maine, police said.

Police said they had received information earlier this month about Fields having access to guns on his property.
