NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Three people were arrested at three separate stores in Suffolk County Saturday for allegedly selling alcohol to a minor.

The suspects were busted while the Suffolk County Police Department’s Third Precinct Crime Section conducted state liquor license inspections at seven locations in Brentwood and Bay Shore, officials said.

Compruebe Mini Market employee Sandy Victoriano-Hernandez, 30, of Brentwood and Village Market employee Maria Samayoa, 29, of Brentwood were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree.

Danny’s Deli employee Rosa Alfaro, 36, of Bay Shore was charged with a state liquor violation, police said.

Samayoa and Alfaro were issued field appearance tickets and released.

Police said Victoriano-Hernandez will be held overnight at the Third Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday.
