Sidney Crosby has a message for Philadelphia Flyers fans: You can do better.

Flyers fans took their trash-talking to a new level Sunday at Wells Fargo Center, putting pictures of the Pittsburgh Penguins captain’s face in arena urinals during Game 3.

“It’s not the first building that’s happened in,” Crosby told reporters after posting four points in a 5-1 win. “I don’t know if they stole that idea from somewhere else. But yeah, it’s not the first time that’s happened.”

Can you blame the Flyers for trying to get inside Crosby’s head? Crosby has carried his stellar 89-point regular season into the playoffs, with four goals and seven points in three games against the Flyers, who trail the first-round series 2-1.

Crosby has 15 points in nine career playoff games in Philadelphia — with 43 points in 30 regular-season games.

As the league’s marquee star and most recognizable player, Crosby, a three-time Stanley Cup winner, is used to being the target of fan torment. Just listen to the away crowd every time he touches the puck or his name is announced.
