11:29 a.m.: Tony Romo officially has been ruled out.

11:15 a.m.: The Houston Texans will be without Jadeveon Clowney once again. This time, it’s because of an illness. NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported a few minutes ago that Clowney will be inactive against the Philadelphia Eagles.
