FRAMINGHAM – Police seized a Framingham man’s permit and four guns after they found him getting high with a group of friends on Wednesday while carrying a loaded handgun, authorities said.

Anthony Manolian, 21, had a valid gun permit, but carrying a firearm while under the influence is illegal, according to a police report filed in Framingham District Court on Thursday.

“He said, ‘I’m carrying,’” police wrote. “He lifted his shirt and he had a handgun in the waistband of his pants, not in the holster.”

The gun was loaded, police wrote.

Manolian said he did not initially tell police he had a gun because he got yelled at by a Massachusetts State Police trooper when he was carrying a gun, previously.

Police seized Manolian’s license to carry and handgun. They also went to his 2 Cove Ave., home and seized three more guns – a shotgun and two rifles, police wrote in the report.

Police charged Manolian with trespassing and carrying a gun while intoxicated.

At his Framingham District Court arraignment on Thursday, Manolian was released on $300 bail. He is due back
